Need help deciding? I've decided for you on quite a few of these, but in case all three are available on the one you're considering... Fuji Crystal is a nice step up from standard photo paper, and is a good pick if you like high gloss (keep in mind higher gloss means more color pop!) and low(er) cost. Hahnemühle & Canson are both on here because they are my favorites and I often can't pick one over the other. They are very similar museum-quality Baryta papers. Bartya mimics (somewhat) the traditional dark room film papers - and it ensures incredible longevity. These papers are going to reproduce the colors and contrast you see on the screen the best. (Keep in mind, your print won't light up like your screen does!!!) Hahnemühle Photo Silk Baryta X - think a softer, silkier finish with slightly less gloss. Canson Baryta Prestige II - think slightly glossy, but not as glossy as what you'll get with the Fuji Crystal. If you hate gloss, that's ok. I can print anything you see in Matte. Just reach out :)
